Users can now file document requests online and follow their examination.
The client area is now open. It allows any user, whether an individual or an economic operator, to file a document request and follow its examination through to issuance.
Each request receives a tracking référence. Filing online does not amount to issuance: the document is drawn up only after the chosen Point of Entry has reviewed the file, and is collected on site.
